Creator Payment Policy

Submission of a video or tutorial does not guarantee approval, publication, compensation, future assignments, or creator payments. KeyCoachPro reserves the right to reject, remove, suspend, or disqualify content that does not meet platform standards or violates applicable policies.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate billing resulting from a technical error.

Service Availability

License Granted to KeyCoachPro

By uploading or submitting content to KeyCoachPro, the creator grants KeyCoachPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:

  • Display submitted content on the KeyCoachPro platform.
  • Publish content on showcase pages and creator profiles.
  • Promote and market the platform using submitted content.
  • Distribute content through KeyCoachPro services, social media channels, advertisements, and related promotional materials.
  • Store, reproduce, and process content as necessary for platform operations.

Removal of Content

No Guarantee of Compensation

Survival of License

Any promotional, marketing, or showcase use of content made before its removal may continue to exist in archived materials, advertisements, social media posts, screenshots, recordings, or other previously published media.

Indemnification

Creators agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KeyCoachPro, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Content submitted by the creator.
  • Alleged copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
  • Violations of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Breaches of KeyCoachPro policies, terms, or agreements.
  • Misrepresentations regarding ownership or rights to submitted content.

By submitting content to KeyCoachPro, creators acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Content Ownership & License Policy.
